GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation - EU Regulation 2023/988)

 

To comply with this regulation, all my charts which are For Sale or Free published after 13 December 2024 will be affected by GPSR for distribution to the EU, EEA and NI.

 

Charts which I offer for Free, which are published after 13 December 2024 will appear on this website in a "print from screen"  format and not PDF download to enable ALL stitchers to still be able to enjoy stitching my free designs.   Older Free charts will still be available as a PDF download to ALL stitchers.

Regrettably all charts for sale in my shop are not available for purchase in the EU, EEA and NI until there is more clarity on GPSR and its application to PDF  documents for download purposes.  I have no way of restricting the download of PDF files to EU, EEA and NI on my website.

Unfortunately I do not have the funds to appoint an EU representative in order to comply with the legal requirements of selling within the EU, EEA or NI at this time.
